You are looking at a Fanny Pack 2 for 1 Set by Allego Manufacturing. This is called Mobile + Life Set and has 2 separate cases/packs.
The larger one has a flip-lock closure, a larger pocket and a front pouch. The smaller one closes with velcro and can be removed from the strap. The strap is adjustable and has silver closure mechanism vs. standard plastic.
The larger is approximately 6" x 5" and the smaller is approximately 5" x 3".
