This top is 100% polyester, and is paisley in design. The primary color is black, with pinks, golds, whites and greens woven in the design.
This top can be for dress up or office wear. It is over the head slip on with one button at the top back neck. It's got an attached scarf of the same design that can be tied as you wish - a bow, a men's tie knot, a square knot - your choice!
This blouse has long sleeves that button at the cuff. The button at the cuff is black as is the one at the back up top.
The collar is similar to a mock turtleneck - it comes up high, so when the attached scarf is tied, it looks very sharp. This shirt would look very adorable with a suit, a jacket, and would go with any bottoms - pants, slacks, skirt - imagination is the only limit.
