We ship 6 days a week and always ship the same day or next day that payment is received and verified. Our shipping service provides delivery confirmation and shipping notification.

Returns and Miscellaneous:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), please contact us within 5 days of receiving. We will give an RMA number for your return as well as proper labeling for your package.
We will allow returns for full item price (less shipping & handling). Returns must be in exact condition as when purchased. New Technology, Software and Consumer Electronics must be factory sealed as sent for a return/refund. Used Technology, Software and Consumer Electronics are not refundable. For items that ship free, original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
